Overview

Windows® and VxWorks® installed

Two types of operating systems can be operated at the same time, VxWorks® with real-time device control and data collection , analysis of collected data, display of analysis result can perform processing that is good for each OS like Windows® . As a result, we can consolidate device control and information processing functions, which we have corresponded to by combining PCs and dedicated devices in the past, contributing to reduction of system construction cost and space saving of equipment.

Even when Windows® freezes, you can restart Windows® only while running VxWorks® .


Highly accurate device control by CC-Link IE field network

It can communicate control information and production information of equipment connected by CC-Link IE field network at the fastest 1 ms. Therefore, we can realize highly accurate device control and high speed collection of production information. CC-Link IE field network, CC-Link IE field network Basic port, so you can easily connect to compatible equipment simply by making settings.

By using preinstalled software, you can easily collect Mitsubishi Electric FA equipment data. Furthermore, data of other company's products can be easily collected with additional software. Primary processing of the collected data reduces data capacity to be transmitted to the host system and prevents data delay etc.
