รายละเอียดงาน
  • To lead Business Development and Engineering activities.
  • Research and analyze new business opportunities to enhance the company's goal in long term business objectives.
  • Plan and implement nomination activity including meeting, survey and analysis the markets situation (clients, dealers, competitor) or understand their need in order to develop service levels beyond their expectations.
  • Planning marketing tactics by analysis of sales data, and doing marketing plan.
  • Providing seminar and exhibition to make clients more understanding about products and take the new clients opportunities.
  • Study for various investment opportunities by ROI analysis and prepare proposals in order to present and report to top management.
  • Involve with management for defining short/middle /long term strategies for sustainable business growth.
  • Plan the projected budget in defining realistic growth assumptions, assist teams to implement the activities, analysis the difficulty and review budget to achieve the target.
  • Monthly review with key mans in order to analysis of key monthly variance versus planning and actual, with focus on revenue, key profit & lost, book value and accounts receivable.
  • Improve system and work process of team for more work efficiency by PDCA. and corporate with each section to develop CRM system.
  • Ensure teams are aware of and follow corporate policies and compliance needs related to sales and services activities.
  • Assist and support teams of oversea purchasing, inventory, 2 year warranty, EWC to achieve the department's goal
  • Coordinate Japan headquarter and oversea center to support the technical issue and analysis the problem & countermeasure for the local market.
  • To have responsibility for working on the department goal.
คุณสมบัติ
  • Bachelor degree in Management or any related field.
  • Male or Female / 30 - 35 years old.
  • Experiences 5 years in Marketing or Business Development or any related field.
  • Good command of JAPANESE & English (MUST BE COMMUNICATE WITH JAPANESE PEOPLE)
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Have a leadership and management skills.
  • Advanced knowledge & working experience in electric field is advantage.
  • Good skills of computer (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power point), English and Japanese (speaking, reading and writing)
