Overview
The MELSEC iQ-R series can be directly connected to a thermography camera without a personal computer, using a C language intelligent function module preinstalled with Mitsubishi Electric Mechatronics Software, Inc. thermo monitoring software. It is possible to inspect the heat seal condition in the food manufacturing process, etc., by taking a picture with a thermographic camera. When the contents get caught in the heat seal part, the temperature information and the temperature image of that part can be confirmed by GOT (HMI), and quick pass / fail judgment is realized.
