Overview
With the introduction of the C language controller, the screw speed is calculated from the pulse width of the screw movement and compared with the specified injection pattern to control the amount of screw movement. First, hardware calculation of pulse width measurement on the order of μs is performed by the flexible high-speed I / O control unit. The C controller calculates the screw movement amount at high speed based on the calculated screw speed and the fed back encoder pulse, as compared with the specified injection pattern. With the introduction of the MELSEC iQ-R series C language controller, higher performance control is realized.
