MELSEC iQ-R series sequencers and thermography cameras can be directly connected via a switching hub. In addition, a setting tool (PC), GOT (HMI), NAS, etc. can be connected, and the temperature information detected by the thermography camera and the data converted to the temperature image can be sent to the FTP server.

By using a thermography camera, it is possible to measure the temperature of an object where a thermometer cannot be placed. In addition, a wide range of measurements can be performed on lines and surfaces, and multiple points can be measured simultaneously.

Up to 128 temperature monitoring areas can be registered. For temperature information, average, maximum, minimum, maximum temperature position and minimum temperature position information within the area are output. The temperature area outputs the number of pixels outside the specified upper and lower temperature limits.

A35 / 65 is a small infrared camera for machine vision. The extremely compact design makes it easy to integrate infrared thermography into automation and machine vision environments. For thermographic cameras, please contact your trading company.
