Verification of safety input / output signals (safety circuit duplication)
Monitors that the safety signals input and output by the PLC CPU and CNC CPU match. The user safety sequence is executed by two CPUs, the PLC CPU and CNC CPU. If a safety signal collation error occurs, an emergency stop is performed, and the power to the drive unit is shut off.
Redundant emergency stop
Inputs and outputs safety signals in two systems.
When an error occurs, the power is cut off from each CPU.
Input the door signal to the drive unit. (Speed can be monitored for each door)
Speed monitoring function
When the machine protection door (door) is opened, the CNC CPU and the drive unit CPU monitor the command speed and the feedback speed for safety speeds.
When the safety speed is exceeded, an emergency stop is performed and the power of the drive unit is shut off.
Enable / disable of speed monitoring of the target axis can be set for each door. (Up to 16 doors)
