Firing furnace control
Pottery, tiles, ceramic products, etc. are heated, sintered, melted and heat-treated at specified temperatures.
It consists of three zones, a preheating zone, a firing zone, and a cooling zone. When passing through these three zones, firing is performed along a predetermined temperature curve.
Control contents
Precise temperature control of the preheating zone, firing zone, and cooling zone and control of atmospheric pressure are performed.
The firing conditions corresponding to the type are realized by program control, and the recipe is automatically switched according to the type.
