Resin is produced by reacting monomer and catalyst at a specified temperature.
Control contents
When a highly reactive substrate is used in a catalytic chemical reaction, a strong exothermic reaction occurs.
In order to obtain a stable reaction, we control monomer / catalyst dripping and control the temperature of the reactor.
Benefits
Standard screens such as the control panel, tuning screen, alarm list screen, and trend screen required for instrumentation monitoring with the GOT were easily created using the GOT screen generation function of the PX Developer monitor tool. Also, since the general-purpose sequencer MELSEC iQ-R is the base, it is easy to change programs.
