* 1. Separate use of sensor head and connection cable
- The transmission-type digital displacement sensor HG-T uses a 10 mm band laser for light projection. Achieved high-accuracy position measurement using a CMOS element for light reception (when the installation distance is 20 mm: repeatability 1 μm, average number of times 16)
- The sensor shape is a thin shape with a thickness of 8 mm, so it can be installed even in applications where the installation space is limited
- Adjustment according to the application is possible, such as a judgment level function that can set the optimum setting for the transparent film and a judgment filter function that can invalidate minute foreign matter.
- Up to 15 displacement sensor measurement values can be directly transferred to the upper level via the CC-Link communication unit SC-HG1-C for digital displacement sensors (mixed connection with the contact displacement sensor HG-S is possible)
