is available. By utilizing an I / O unit with a diagnostic function or an analog unit compatible with HART ® communication, a system with preventive maintenance of equipment and improved maintainability can be constructed.

Achieve preventive maintenance with diagnostic functions
The I / O unit with the diagnostic function has a disconnection and short-circuit detection function that is not available in the normal I / O unit. Monitoring for disconnections and short circuits prevents system malfunctions. The diagnostic function is combined with partner products to realize an I / O redundant solution. * 3
Insulation between channels and low-cost system construction
Instrumentation systems require isolation between analog I / O channels to prevent electrical sneak currents and noise. Also, because of the large number of analog input / output points, unit price reduction per channel is required. A 16-channel analog input / output unit that supports connectors of the same shape as the 8 channels enables a system to be built at low cost.
HART ® communication that enables communication with field devices
Communication with field devices that support HART ® communication is possible. In addition to analog input, the HART ® communication-compatible analog input unit can read information of each device and write parameters to each device. Preventive maintenance of field devices and reduction of maintenance man-hours can be realized.
A temperature monitoring system using a thermographic camera can be built without a PC
The C language intelligent function module with the thermo monitoring software installed can be directly connected to the thermography camera to measure the temperature of objects for which a thermometer cannot be placed. GOT (HMI), NAS, etc. can also be connected, and the temperature information detected by the thermography camera and the data converted to the temperature image can be sent to the FTP server.
